Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the engineering, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Promote ATMOS Limited’s engineering solutions, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security, and steel fabrication services.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop compelling marketing materials and proposals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the engineering, construction, or industrial sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
